Ashwani Pandey, founder and principal of Swayam Special School, brings over 17 years of experience in special education. With expertise in autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges, he holds certifications in Special Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Having served in leadership roles at Nai Asha and Greater Valley School, Ashwani’s dedication has earned him accolades like the “Best Teacher Award.” His mission at Swayam is to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child can unlock their potential and thrive.
